Your home computer - fixd
So your home computer's broken, but it's OK, your uncle has a friend that comes up from London once a year and next time he's up he might be able to take a look at it - so until then, just make sure not to open this program and don't press this key ...
Or alternatively, just give us a call. We can do pretty much anything!
Set-up, Training and Upgrades
Out-of-the-box assistance - get your new computer up and running, and set up perfect for your own usage style.
Backup plan - we'll set your system up to automatically look after your most important data - those family photographs, your huge collection of MP3s or those documents that you'd be in big trouble without!
Gadget set-up - if you've succumbed to gadget fever and got yourself a new toy (printer, digital camera, iPod, internet phone) and it doesn't seem be doing what it should, you might need a hand getting it started up. We'll come round and help you sort your MP3 library, get your first photo album created, or help you call your relatives in a land far away.
Time for an upgrade - if you've had your computer a while, it doesn't cut the mustard anymore, but you've gotten a little to attached to buy a new one (it does happen!) you might want to consider an upgrade. A new graphics cards, more memory or a bigger hard disk, we can buy the bits for you or just fit anything you've bought yourself. We can rebuild it, we have the technology - we can make it better, stronger, faster ...
Training - so if you've got everything up and running and looking hunky dory, but keep asking yourself 'how do I do ...', then give us a call. We provide training on all aspects of software, including Microsoft Office, Apple iLife and Adobe Photoshop. We can sit down with you and talk you through burning your first DVD, setting up an email account or creating a online photo album.
